The process is to first use intaglio or flexographic printing web paper, rewinding and then on the tile line mounted into corrugated board, and then die cutting to obtain the color box technology. When pasting the pre-printed face paper, the problem of pattern alignment should be considered. In general, photoelectric tracking control system is installed on the crosscutting knife to achieve accurate cutting at the pattern. Compared with printed board, pre-printing can provide more exquisite products, and the printing quality is more stable and reliable, and the quality of the color box is also better after forming. From the perspective of production efficiency, the web printing method can realize non-stop paper changing operation, which is especially suitable for color box products with large quantity and high printing quality requirements.

Three, flexographic printing is short ink path direct printing. The board is made of feeling resin with certain elasticity, the graphic part is raised, and the blank part is concave. The ink supply device with ink scraper and mesh roller is used, and the water-based ink is produced with environmental protection. There are two printing methods for color boxes: direct board printing and pre-printing paper mounting. Direct printing can be linked to production, and it is widely used in the production of middle and low grade color boxes.

Four, the application of digital printing is another development direction of color box printing, which can make the graphic information directly from the computer to the surface of the paper, eliminating the intermediate plate making and other links, and the printing is digital variable information, which can make the content of the sheet different, and even the material can be changed. On-demand, timeliness and variability are the characteristics of digital printing. But the printing quality is at least as good as traditional printing technology, and much better than printing technology. The general investment cost of digital printing presses can be 40%-50% lower than traditional offset or flexo printing. Compared with traditional printing, its printing speed is faster and the cost per page is lower, which has a competitive advantage. Ink-jet digital printing equipment has developed rapidly among various digital printing methods.
